The only thing you need to worry about is a 1099-MISC which will probably be issued to you by Irsay's organization. They have to issue a 1099 if they want to deduct the expense, which they will.

OP he will 1099 you by the way. I know somone else who won cash from him he did file a 1099 misc form on that winning.
