Remember when Obama won debate after debate using a teleprompter. Oh that's right, he didn't use a teleprompter during the debates because he didn't need one and is more articulate and intelligent than anyone in the GOP. He uses a teleprompter for speeches instead of a written paper speech, though. Just like the presidents prior to him.
