Still shopping around for Wilco ticket..recommendation for best seats in the Shnitz? Only been there once and I was way up there.
The dress circle (tickets that were re-re'd a few days ago) are the best seats in the house. Those sections are 4 rows deep, and row A (first row) starts at above the 15th row of the orchestra floor below. Perfect 3/4 overhead view of the entire stage, and perfect sound.
Anyone ever sat lower balcony? To far away?
I listened to an AUD of the Eugene show. They sound really good these days. I really can't find much fault in their playing.

Lower balcony starts after the dress circle and the mezzanine at row 13 of the upper level. Plus two aisle-ways in between. You're looking at an extra 20 feet of elevation over the dress circle and probably the equivalent of the 35th row of the floor below.

i loved wilco's first few albums. paid to see them in 02, good show. last saw them for free in 05. decent show; it was in the streets for free so it was more for the party.
