I don't see reposted streaming sites as infringement anyway, they show the same commercials and ads you'd see on TV anyway - i've only ever used them to watch games that were blacked out for bullshit contractual reasons or that I weren't on TV... Which means I was voluntarily subjecting myself to their advertising business model when I otherwise would be hittin the pipe playing Xbox... Furthermore, only really die-hard fans use this stuff anyway, and they're the ones supporting the financial success of their teams. Most I know use these services to keep up abroad or away from satellite/cable...
"thinks they have zero right to protect their brand" = bullcorn, please wipe with no TP, then face palm.
The TV providers are catching up now too... espn3, hbo-go, Verizon fiOs, time-Warner apps, etc... Soon All the tv you want will be perfectly legally accessible through their online channels...
In the mean time, why not support the teams that you love?! I mean come-onnnnnnnn...

well, if i had a TV with a digital converter box, I could watch NFL games at home. But I don't, and what if I wanted to watch the Bengals/Patriots game or some other stupid bullshit that they aren't playing locally at the bar. Those channels are all free, I just don't have them at my house. The internet, which I pay for, should let me watch football
