that's the best write up I've seen on the subject. It covers the amount of votes these missing precincts had in 2008.

It also hints as to why it might not be fair to allow the votes from the cancelled precincts to count. Not saying I agree with that, but there is some logic to it.

Doesn't seem like Ron Paul had/has a mathematical shot, so I'd have to say no. But they (along with Nevada) really suck at this whole primary/caucus business and should count the fucking votes.
