If there was something in the water that made her nauseous and vomited first, then possibly what she drank caused it. But if she fainted twice, most likely it is due to dehydration. Also, did she seem to feel woozy or dizzy first, like she was going to pass out, and then did? Likely dehydration and/or she got "vasovagal."

Fainting happens because your brain doesnt get enough blood, pure and simple. That happens to a young woman because A. She is dehydrated B. she is panicked and gets vagal C. She has a heart arrhythmia or a structurally abnormal heart, and although that is unlikely here frankly your friend's wife should see a doctor and get an ultrasound of her heart or D. you have a stroke which she did not.

I seriously doubt anything "foul play" went on here and I'd take her to see the doctor and get checked out.

About 8 minutes later or so, I realized I was floating on cloud 9 and left to get back to my OG crew for safety reasons. Not that I was scared or mad- no one even seemed to notice, but I was really high and wanted to make sure I wasn't being targeted.
