String Cheese Incident

also, even in his late 50's, Diamond David Lee Roth is still one of the best frontmen ever. Very entertaining from start to finish
he was like a drunk Michael Jackson on stage last night. some of the best dance moves ever, very sloppy old man like high kicks and spin kicks. wore sunglasses the whole show, black leather spandex with purple sequins going down the legs. He had a construction orange mic stand that he would twirl like a baton. Lots of crowd interaction, and smiling from ear to ear. Showbiz is all I could think. What a performer. I was disappointed that he didn't jump off the stacks and touch his toes in mid air, but oh well
EVH sounded good. His distorted guitar overpowered the rest of the band the entire show, but that's what VH is all about. Sweet guitar solo too
Alex was of course great too. He can do what both Travis and Hann get paid to do in SCI all by himself.
I ignored Wolfgang all night

1. It's always about the money
2. It's always about the money
You think they set this tour up just to have good stage production or to make money off songs written years ago? Leads to number 3. It's always about the money
sometimes it's about the party, right?
You think they would make more money off changing the stage production or less? With all this tour rearranging hassle it will only fuck up their money making opportunities. Not to mention all the money lost making the current production. Unless of course they come back with something better. Now why would they do that if It's always about the money?

Think this was probably a more accurate review of the show.

The cancelling of shows is purely a byproduct of their them not getting along. They have been that way forever. If you piss off EVH then watch out. They are a bunch of dysfunctional babies and now they need the money so they put a half ass tour together that falls apart before it gets going. They should just ride off into the sunset and live out their legacy.....and yes that goes for a lot of bands.

obviously you know nothing about 80's rock. He is a performer, a frontman, a true stage presence. Kang is a dickhead who dresses like a fruitcake

Since you listen to nothing outside of Phantasy Tour, I don't expect you to understand Van Halen.
you are a fanboy in denial
David Lee Roth owns you and all of SCI

BTW why am I arguing with a 22 year old about an epic rock band on a not so epic 3rd tier space ass jam band message board
is there a NOFX or Unwritten Law PT now that i am unaware of?
you spend as much time as i do here, meaning you care for the third tier jam grass band just as much
or have no life
