Wow I had to make an account just to reply to this thread (which has many gold nuggets of humor scattered throughout it). Just a few remarks in regards to all this nonsense.

It's very improbable that blotter is "cut" with anything. There are very few chemicals that you can fit enough of on a small square of paper for the desired effect. Most chemicals that are rumored to be cut with LSD (e.g. speeds, etc.) are noticeably active at the milligram level. 1 milligram of LSD would be equivalent to about 10 good doses (or about 3 orange sunshine hits). Granted lots of stuff is passed off as "acid" today that is not LSD-25. Mostly phenethylamines and some tryptamines like the DOx chemicals, bromo-dragonfly, the 25x-nbome's, and countless others. As a chemist, I can say this with complete certainty. No one who got LSD would cut it. If you have access to LSD crystal, then you wouldn't bother cutting it because it wouldn't make sense. No financial incentive...and people generally (always?) cut shit for financial reasons. Diluting vials, on the other hand, happens all the time. Either it LSD-25 or it isn't. End of story.

family to me is just loving the music, or more accurately loving music of all kinds, making road friends, sharing with everyone, generally being concious of your self, others, and the world. make some family !!! share with those around you in the concert, show to them that you are a kind loving person with a love of the music that you are both there to see. now youre family, and because your entire surrounding circle of people in the show is enjoying to full potential, it makes it that much better... then great moments when you see your newly acquired friends along the road.. and you make more friends.. and your "family" is now spread across the country a wonderful web of intertwined friends and happiness and goodtimes and good tunes! "and in the end... the love you take.. is equal to the love... you make"

There needs to be more kind behavior at shows. Someone above mentioned "when was the last time you looked out for that spunion" etc. SO TRUE. I see people that need help just totally ignored.

I've only been doing these shows for a couple of years but it wasn't hard to learn how to act. I'm amazed at all the people that have been around forever that are inconsiderate asses.

I used to be punk rock 24/7 and it really does amaze me how clueless some people are.
