Why isn't my browser accepting cookies from Phantasy Tour?
The likely reason for this is that your web browser is not
cookies enabled. Phantasy Tour uses cookies to recognize you
throughout your visit. If cookies are not enabled, the web site doesn't
have a means of remembering you from click to click. Here are instructions
for enabling cookies in some of the more popular browsers.
Internet Explorer 6
- Go to the 'Tools' menu and select 'Internet Options...'
- Select the 'Privacy' tab
- Set the privacy bar to at 'Medium' security or lower
- Click 'OK'
- Attempt logging in again
Netscape 6
- Go to the 'Edit' menu and select 'Preferences...'
- Select the 'Privacy & Security' category
- Select the 'Cookies' sub-category
- Select one of the 'Enable cookies' options
- Click 'OK'
- Attempt logging in again
If enabling cookies does not do the trick, here are some other ideas that have helped in the past:
- Try toggling the "Remember Me" option.
- Try this logout link before attempting to login.
- Try exiting and restarting your browser after you've made changes to its settings.
- Try rebooting your computer after you've made changes to its settings.
- Explore the options and settings of any anti-virus software you are running for settings that might deny internet cookies.
- Try an alternate browser.
Why did I not receive the e-mail message with my verification number?
Frequently, this is a result of one of the following problems:
After verifying that none of the above issues is affecting your
e-mail account, you can request that your verification number be sent
again.
Resend my Verification Number
Special Notice to AOL users
Some AOL subscribers have been informing us that they are still
not receiving their verification number even after trying the above solutions.
We believe that AOL spam blockers are preventing those legimate messages
from reaching you.
While we will make every effort to resolve this issue with AOL, it is
ultimately beyond our control. We suggest that if you have an alternate
e-mail address (such as Yahoo! or Hotmail) that you change the address in
your account
and use the
retrieve verification number form
to request that your verification number be sent again. If this is
not an option for you, we suggest that you contact AOL customer support and
complain about the fact that they are blocking legimate e-mail messages
being sent to you. We apologize for the inconvenience.

I forget my username and/or password. How can I retrieve them?
If you still remember and have access to the e-mail address associated
with your user account, you can have your username mailed to you or you can
have your password reset. Visit the appropriate link below to take either
action:

If you have forgotten the e-mail address associated with your user account
or no longer have access to the address used, please read the next topic.
I forget my username/password and my e-mail address
has changed. What should I do?
If you are already logged into your account, visit
your account
settings page and change your email address yourself.
If you are not logged in,
drop us a
note with your old and new e-mail addresses. The change will be made
in your account and a login reminder sent to your new address, usually
within 24 hours.
What does "Remember Me" mean and how does it work?
When you login into your Phantasy user account without choosing "Remember Me",
your browser will only stay logged into the Phantasy site until you chose to exit
your browser. You will subsequently be asked to log in again on your next visit.
Clicking the "Remember Me" check box upon login instructs your browser to save your
login information for future visits. This is accomplished through the use of cookies.
The cookie created by the "Remember Me" feature expires after 30 days of inactivity.
Cookies are unique to browsers (i.e. Netspace and Internet Explorer) and only work on
the computer on which you created them. It is not recommended that you use the
"Remember Me" feature if you are on a computer that is used by other people.
