I just posted about my Phish lottery winnings on my facebook status and my friend who never listens to Phish commented asking if I was going to 8 because his dad is filming it in 3D!!! I asked if it was gonna be live broadcasted or whatever and he said he has no idea, he has just heard his dad talk a lot about it on the phone recently, but he said he'll ask him to see if he can get any more info out of him He also said his dad shot All Points West and Lollapalooza in 3D this year. I'll let ya'll know if he gives me any more info

Killer Guelah hop in 3D!!! Trey's nike's will be in yo' face!! Ser tho, I don't see the advantage of a concert in 3D. Would you have to wear the stupid glasses? I hate those things they give me a headache.

I still have my red and blue 3D glasses from shark boy and lava girl. I put them on when I want to be pissed off -- they suck! At Disney, they have super futuristic 3D glasses with purple frames and iradescent lenses that are the heat -- panty droppers.

High Def is almost the new standard for pro video shooting. If they are shooting it, you can bet it will HD, regardless of whether it's 3D or not... I just hope there's not a huge jib-arm in the middle of the concert field to obstruct our view.
