suttleston: i use hockeygiant. to be honest there isn't much markup at all in this industry. try what you want on at your sports shop and order the size if you want but it'll prolly be the same price after shipping.
also order one thing online at hockeygiant (socks or something) and you'll get good deals. I got a $220 stick for $70.

i've used hockeygiant before, but prefer to support my local skate shop. prices are usually the same between the two. hockeygiant was easy to use and reliable though...they're superstore is acutally about 45 minutes from my house - it's a pretty badass hockey store.

I'm not sure Bourque ever game back to Boston for a game... he was only on the Avs for one full season. I could be wrong but I just don't remember it.
Sakic letting Borque skate around with the Cup first is the classiest thing I've seen in my entire life.

Bourque played against the B's once. I remember that game well. The building was PACKED for warmups. I can only imagine what that must've felt like for him.

I'll have to get in on it next year. Did a 12 man $100 buy in with buddies this year and made it to the final, winner gets $600, 2nd gets $400, plus some sidepot action.
