One of the most memorable weekends of my life. I had been waiting 5 years to see them for my first show. I got into them the summer of the breakup, and I wasn't able to see them.

This was the first show I could get tickets to. I went up with my brother and one of our best friends. My buddy had literally called the opener three months before, and lo and behold, RUNAWAY JIM right out of the gate.

Not as tight as later tours in 3.0, but this was still a solid and fairly clean "getting your sea legs back" show. Magnificent Squirming Coil> Character Zero to end the first set.

There are a number of moments from the second set I remember loving. I always enjoy Back on the Train and Waves, so the second set really worked for me. Julius brought the house down.

What a fucking weekend. We went to Bonnaroo the next day (the last time I went to Bonnaroo) and went ape shit all weekend.
